The company has maintained a philosophy of fostering good trade relationships with the leading suppliers to the specialist roofing and cladding market and these benefits are duly passed on to our customers.
Allied to offering competitive quotations we are also skilled and experienced in value engineering in order to systematically improve the value of a building project. The application of value analysis techniques leads to direct improvement of business effectiveness and efficiency and can sometimes be achieved through minor adjustments to specification leading to major cost savings.
In addition to specialist Roofing and Cladding installation we are also able to offer various associated support services
This core philosophy has led to the company undertaking individual subcontract roofing & cladding projects, with values ranging from £50K up to £2.5M, and we possess the necessary insurance cover to undertake such works.
Our annual turnover averages between £10M and £12M and within the last eighteen months we have undertaken successful projects (having gained Supply Chain approval) from respected Clients such as:
